Thanks to you not notifying customers that your entire system is bricked due to incompetence at the highest levels of TMobile, my family had an emergency and didn't know the your phone service was down. People almost died because of your lack of care or even concern for human life. Loyal customer for over a decade, TMobile buys you and the entire company goes to s!*t just like TMobile. You owe my family an apology, you owe your customers an apology and explanation. I fully expect lawsuits from this.

On March 23rd or 24th you suspended my account.  After talking to at least 25 of your custmer reps...I got many reasons...The first is I suspended my account...no I did not...Then it was because of a cyber hack...not true..On several occasions you have overbilled me for a family plan stateing that I had initiated it...No I did not.  I never got any help from any member of your service staff...I would like a refund...have not been able to use my phone,resolve the problem and have gone with another provider..

I have had a 4 line phone plan with boost since 2017 and now my 252 294 7318 number has been suspended. The person who has been using this line for 6 years is disabled and on dialysis. I have been a boost Mobile customer for over 10 years. I have five lines with boost Mobile. Last night one of my lines which belongs to my wife was completely cut no service no phone calls no messages. Apparently this is due to some kind of restricted usage that we never have encountered. Nor was notified. My wife calls the prayer line often for our church which she has been doing for the past at least 5 years which has never been an issue I am trying to understand why we have been cut. My wifes mother lives with us she is ELDERLY and ILL, OFTEN HAS SEIZURES WHICH REQUIRE MEDICAL ATTENTION!! and now my wife has NO MEANS OF COMMUNICATION. My wife also needs her phone for her job purposes she is missing out on clients!! We did receive a very suspicious text about 2 weeks ago which very much resembles the spam we often receive from boost Mobile lines. And considering the recent data breach we were under the impression that it was more spam I do not understand how this is not understandable to you guys. We did not receive a formal phone call nor a formal email informing us that there was some kind of warning just a very spam ish phishing looking random text. This is a very unacceptable. I need to have this line reactivated ASAP.

I have had a Family plan for many years now with boost mobile now all of a sudden my husband phone is Suspended without warning! This is very Unacceptable and a Huge inconvenience!. Ok I just call boost mobile, to report that my that phone wasn't working since Wednesday the 10th,  to have someone telling me that my 84 year old dad phone had been suspended due to "prohibited network activities".I feel frustrated and angry that when call our dad who by the way leave alone, doesn't have a phone that we can communicate with during weekdays.  And can't connect to the prayer line every morning like he used to do, and he can't call his sister, who by the way leave in another state an got dementia, he called her every morning and every afternoon to help do her daily routine.  Now thanks to you he can not do that.  But what do you care. For the second time, boost mobile has told me I have violated terms and suspended my account. The first time this happened they said it was a mistake and unsuspended my account. Yes I've just recently had the same problem with boost. After a month and half of making up to four payments no service. And being a customer for 6 years and then this, my account suspended for excessive data use. Who the hell that every heard of that anyways. Yea then they charged my credit card 3xs work the same payment amount as if nothing. Well I sure better get my refunds back. Have all three ticket numbers, and by me doing what they're accusing of, that's bulls!*t. Never even heard of half the s!*t they're talking about. But I emailed now let's see how long they take to respond. If not I'll just go with another company.

My line (210-712-2905) has been suspended/restricted due to unlawful use.  I do not use my phone for international calls. I use boss revolution to make international calls.  So I have not violated the use with my phone calls.   I was having trouble with my phone, and the Boost office mgr. was going through my phone.  He told me I needed to get a new phone and wanted me to give him $200 dollars.  I responded that I dont have any money.  He wanted me to pay instalments for the new phone ( he wanted to give me a discount).   I repeated, "I dont have any money!!"  ..... .........he returned my phone to me.  I went home and my phone did not work.  ......When I returned, I was told I needed to pay money.  He suggested that I needed to pay for my current plan,  I responded that I had already paid for my current plan.  I left then and my phone was disconnected on May 30.  I have not had phone service since then.   My friend Elaine, who has a  computer is helping me today!   After contacting Boost by her phone, we were told to email this  address to get assistance to restore my phone.

Botton line, since I don't have a computer or a phone that is working, this has been a frustrating situation.  I connot believe that you have such poor customer service and no phone number for individuals to contact you!!.  Not everyone has a computer?????

Service was suspended on 06/08/2023 for my phone (510)860-2567, without any warning or notice beforehand of going against the terms or conditions set by Boost. The reasoning that was given for the suspension: long duration of calls and high usage messages when speaking with a Boost representative. However, I was paying extra to make additional calls out of the country, and messages were not used being used frequently like they mentioned. The text message that arrived on the day of the line was suspended stated that a prior warning was sent on (05/12) BUT NO such notice was sent nor received. In April, there was a text message about a new international call plan, but it did not emphasize that it was required to be obtained by all continuing customers. No calls or inperson notices were made of this change nor of the violation of the terms and conditions. The phone line was wrongfully suspended, and I am reaching out so that the line can be reinstated.

I've read the comments and complaints from boostmobil customers which all of them are relatively the same issue I'm having.... I forgot to ask for a refund; payment made a few days before service was discontinued. You will have to switch carriers and they will give you a difficult time for pin transfer. Go to a boost mobile store and have an agent request the transfer pin.

For past 6 months my account kept having issues like my data not working or cannot make calls. When I complained to Boost and requested refunds, I would get hang-up on by customer care reps. Now my phone was disconnected and I was told that it is due to violatition of Boost therms and conditions ( which I most certainly have not done, ever)! Hello,   I need my telephone number 336-624-3237 restored promptly, please.  I am a Senior Citizen and my Boost Cell phone is my lifeline to my family and I being able to stay in contact.  Boost is the only cell phone and this is the only cell phone I have had for over 10 years.  I did not perform any violations that should result in my service being suspended or terminated.  I don't understand why my Boost Cell phone service has been suspended as I am unaware of any actions on my part that have resulted in the suspension.  I have received notifications for bill payment, but was told at the Boost Store I visited that restoration of my service needs to be performed before I pay the amount due as the service being suspended.    My Boost cell phone service was unknowingly suspended at a critical and life threatening time when I was involved in a unexpected car breakdown at night time by myself with no way to call for help or 911.    If it had not been for God's sending a Quality Mart Gas Station Employee allowing me to use their cell phone to call for help, I would have been stranded all night, alone with no way to call for help or assistance. Explain to me how putting a complaint via this website is going to get Boost Mobile to re-instate cell phone services to accounts all of these accounts which have clearly wrongfully been suspended? Am I missing something? This is a scam and needs to be reported to the FCC and complaint filed with local BBB offices! Money is owed to customers ( such as myself) who had their account suspended before the end of their bill cycle, have had no data, after paying monthly bill. Boost is prepaid and uses this to suspend customer accounts without cause! There needs to be a class action lawsuit for customers to get their money for unfounded suspended accounts that were suspended during paid billing cycles ended, not for non-payment of bill. After reading the above comments, it appears we have the same problem.  False records and actions have be alocated that we have "called prohibited networs of high cost destinations number and traffic bumping" (whatever that is).  We have done nothing of the sort and deserve to have our phone service restored.  I too will pursue further action if not quickly resolved.  This phone number is used for personal and business use.  If you can't protect our phones, perhaps another service can.  WE NEED IMMEDIATE ATTENTION TO THIS MATTER AND ALL PHONES RESTORED!

I have two lines. My account was suspended however my wife's account was it so I figured it had something to do with my phone number, when I call the boost to see what the problem was they're representative speak with a foreign language so they weren't clear it took me at least three or four phone calls for me to finally get the right email address so I can email them to put my phone back on.
