To whom it may concern,

My name is Aisha Richmond and I am a customer of Boost Mobile. My phone bill was paid on July 9th, 2023 and my phone service was unexpectedly interrupted without any explanation as to why this happened. I was told my phone service would be restored within 24 to 72 hours, but when I contacted customer service I was told that my phone line was suspended and I needed to reach out to you to go through the process of restoring my phone service.
