Hi My complaint is that my service was suspended because to much data and than they said to high def.and than they said to much n network. All that is a lie. You can check my phone service
They.told me that the fraud team made this report but have no proof.to this my phone has been checkby your agent and i was told on 6/20/2023 that my service will be back on didnt happen so they told me to send a massage on web site. My bill is paid i am a senior and i have disable childrens school contect this is very serious last my job cant do doctor appointment. And i have about 30people in my family with boost plaesa restore my service asap.so many people lost their service just thos.month with the same people i dont know any one outside the state just check my phone.Ticket number 1988338 and 1997482 and phone 754-234-2557 Suspended by erro please help me
