My account has been suspended since January and I have been paying my bill ever since. The representative told me I was suspended for calling an international call that's not in the network. I don't know anyone outside of the United States and I didn't make any calls and talked for hours. I would appreciate my service being activated if only for a hour or two so that I may retrieve some money my daughter sent me for Mother's day. My number is (252) 290-9011. Thank you in advance.
