On 9/23/2023. I purchased a Samsung AO3s at the Boost store located at 1400 E. Vine St. Kissimmee fl. The representative named Astrid C.. The representative was fast to sell me a phone. That on the 2nd Day didn't work. It has NOT been 7 days. And they don't want to change it for another one. Nor check the phone. My husband went again today to ask if they can do something bc non of his apps are working. Astrid and they thru him out of the store and threatened him if he did not leave. I called the store and they threatened us again. Bc she didn't want to give us the supervisor name or number. And hung up the phone on me. DONT GO TO THIS SRORE THEY ARE RUDE. AND BOOST MOBILE HAS THE WORST SERVICE I EVER SEEN. TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!
