Unable to request for user id and password for a week now.
Cannot get thru phone lines even with the staggering call times

Hello, I need to file for unemployment benefits, however I created a new User ID and password, having forgotten I already had one from before. So when I input my SSN it tells me to call into the TWC Telecenter, but the with high call volume I am unable to get through? Can you please help me? I just need to reset my User ID and password to one login please? I have tried getting in several ways, but when I keep entering my SSN, I think it just locks me out? Please help and thank you so much! Gina
I am having the same issues. I created a new user id and password. everytime I get to the identiy verification page I see my name in the upper right hand corner next to the logoff button. If I enter in the new password i created it sends me back to logon page stating that this SS# is already liked to a user id. I was part of the system in 2011 and shredded all back up upon finding employment. I need for some one to look at my account and tell me what userId and password I should be using, along with the proper PIN #
I am having the same issue and its very frustrating and i have did all the steps and its always this that the user and passwords dont match help
I am having the same issue. I feel really bad for these people who are trying to file for money they need and deserve. I just need to get to an e-mail they sent me, however I must read and reply to it in a timely manner. It is so frustrating ging arouns in circles trying to do it myself with the same results. There is no results with the phone. Please help!
