I am having the same issues. I created a new user id and password. everytime I get to the identiy verification page I see my name in the upper right hand corner next to the logoff button. If I enter in the new password i created it sends me back to logon page stating that this SS# is already liked to a user id. I was part of the system in 2011 and shredded all back up upon finding employment. I need for some one to look at my account and tell me what userId and password I should be using, along with the proper PIN #
