Hello, I need to file for unemployment benefits, however I created a new User ID and password, having forgotten I already had one from before. So when I input my SSN it tells me to call into the TWC Telecenter, but the with high call volume I am unable to get through? Can you please help me? I just need to reset my User ID and password to one login please? I have tried getting in several ways, but when I keep entering my SSN, I think it just locks me out?
