For the last three weeks, I have had difficulty opening our Bill Pay accounyt. I have tried everything including resetting my pc. I get the message, page can't be found, repeatedly. It will finally cpen after hours of trying to open. Are you experiencing computer problems or something? My wife and I have been using your services for several years, and we have not had problems before. Please, let me know if there is a problem.

but can get you on my iphone Need you up on the comp to print out data on all the accounts (last 12 months) for tax accounts

Last year I got locked out of my old gmail account, "Cltaylordunn@gmail.com" so I switched to "Cltaylordunn@Reagan.com. "
All of a sudden when I try to logon it asks me for a security question that I have no idea what it is so I can't logon. I never set it up. Called customer service (bunch of airheads) and they told me my account doesn't exist after using it for numerous years and funds are being deducted. I can see it on my banking statement. How do you cancel an account that doesn't exist but is still deducting funds??? Has this happened to anyone else? Go figure that one out! Someone help me PLEASE!!!!
anyone having issues getting in to the bill pay service. It tells me it doesn't recognize my username/password. I know I am entering the correnct into. and the phone number goes to a company that has nothing to do with CheckFree Web bill pay. HELP!!!
How can someone join checkfree.com?
I have had this billpay service for many many years. I find it totally irresponsible that I can no longer access my own account and pay bills. Please advise how I can get into MY OWN ACCOUNT. I will call my bank and cancel the monthly payment. Now I have to start all over to set up automatic billpay and I have no idea of who and where? Very very irresponsible! Could you not have sent all of your customers an e-mail first???? Really Shameful. How would you feel?
