I have had this billpay service for many many years. I find it totally irresponsible that I can no longer access my own account and pay bills. Please advise how I can get into MY OWN ACCOUNT. I will call my bank and cancel the monthly payment. Now I have to start all over to set up automatic billpay and I have no idea of who and where? Very very irresponsible! Could you not have sent all of your customers an e-mail first???? Really Shameful. How would you feel?
