For the last three weeks, I have had difficulty opening our Bill Pay accounyt.  I have tried everything including resetting my pc.  I get the message, page can't be found, repeatedly.  It will finally cpen after hours of trying to open.  Are you experiencing computer problems or something?  My wife and I have been using your services for several years, and we have not had problems before.  Please, let me know if there is a problem.
