No Mobile Access (Day 2)

Safari not able to access. Server not responding. All other sites fine. Just cannot open eBay on iPhone 4G. St. Louis. Can open eBay on home PC. No problem. Is It Down website responds that site is not down. Nothing being done. This is Day 2 for me....

Day 2 for me as well....unable to access ebay using Safari or the mobile ebay app on ipad or iphone in indianapolis on ATT LTE or 4G. 'Sup with that ebay? You're losing a lot of money.

I cannot access ebay at all on my galaxy note 2 today April 12, 2013. I am having some major issues finding my order and now I can't check on anything.

Same here can't even login to both AT&T Mail, Yahoo Mail, and Ebay through AT&T cell and AT&T DSL. Very frustrated!

This is a known trend in the IN, MO, and KS areas. It started approximately 2 days ago, and we are working on it currently. Those states share a regional site, which is what seems to be causing the issue. If you call in to tech support, ask then to check in NSS for trends in MO. Unless it has been closed, or escalated on a larger scale it will be there. But really all the rep will be able to tell you is that there is an issue. I am an At&t Technical Representative, but my opinions are my own :)

This is my third day here near St.Louis without AT&T mobile ebay app working. Still able to connect to ebay and craigslist with PC and Hughes net. How long will this "trend" last?

I called it a trend because that is the term we use for known issues, and I'm sorry if that made it seem as if it's not considered a big deal. It IS a big deal, any disruption in service is, and I know that. I wish I had a date for you and the dozen or so people I spoke to today, but I don't. We are very aware of the problem and I know that we are working on it, but I don't have a date, and I am truly sorry for that. No apologies necessary. Good to hear they are working on the problem. I'm happy I can still access ebay from my PC as I sell on ebay.

Same issue here (northeast KS) since Friday, ridiculous! No access via mobile device, either through my browser or the ebay app. Hey, AT&T - THIS IS HOW I MAKE MY LIVING! FIX IT, ALREADY! And for crying out loud, stop telling me to "turn on wi-fi" - I live in bum-freak Egypt and I don't have wi-fi (or a nearby Starbucks) or satellite or cable Internet - I have several expensive little Apple devices and your cellular service, period, to stay connected. This absolutley blows. NOTE TO OTHERS WITH THIS PROBLEM: I have been getting a (very limited) connection to ebay via AT&t's so-called 4G network when using Opera mini, but it's by no means a good alternative or permanent solution. Download Opera mini and try it, it's the best browser for getting through to these blocked sites.

Still not fixed as of today

The issue should be resolved now. If it's still not working try clearing cache and cookies and restarting the phone. I'm sorry it impacted you so strongly, we started working on it as soon as we knew it was problem. I am an At&t Technical Representative, but my opinions are my own

I'm back on the ebay mobile app with my Samsung Galaxy S III. Happened sometime after 9 a.m. I'm 50 miles west of St. Louis.
