This is a known trend in the IN, MO, and KS areas. It started approximately 2 days ago, and we are working on it currently. Those states share a regional site, which is what seems to be causing the issue. If you call in to tech support, ask then to check in NSS for trends in MO. Unless it has been closed, or escalated on a larger scale it will be there. But really all the rep will be able to tell you is that there is an issue. I am an At&t Technical Representative, but my opinions are my own :)
