I called it a trend because that is the term we use for known issues, and I'm sorry if that made it seem as if it's not considered a big deal.
It IS a big deal, any disruption in service is, and I know that.
I wish I had a date for you and the dozen or so people I spoke to today, but I don't.
We are very aware of the problem and I know that we are working on it, but I don't have a date, and I am truly sorry for that.
