It won't let me order the new apple cases I had the gift cards applied and they haven't been used yet it just keeps saying unable to verify payment method
I am sick and spent all day for placing my order but after almost 20 times trying still is not going through and your support told me is my Visa card and back and forth while i am sick went to bank and as i guessed it wasn't my card .what is this???
Hi, I also had the same issue, but luckily it was solved.
My case, the problem was previous credit card (expired one). The info was saved. Even gift card balance was enough but walmart system looks checking this credit card information.
When I put a new credit card, the payment was proceed with walmart gift card balance. (it was saved once I typed a few minutes ago).
I was surprised because I thought it paid by a new credit card, but it consumed GC finally!!
