paid for the 65" visio....could not register using the TC#.....site says it is not a 1hour guarantee tc#

I'm having the same problems... I keep getting that it doesn't recognize my tc #
I PURCHASED 3 7" TABLETS AND WHEN I GO TO REGISTER THE TC NUMBER NONE OF THE NUMBERS WORK AND RECEIVE A MESSAGE STATING THAT PURCHASES IS NOT A 1 HOUR GUARANTEE. I DID SOME RESEARCH AND THE SALES RECEIPT MUST SAY "KEEP YOUR RECEIPT FOR 1 HOUR GUARANTEE PICKUP". MY RECEIPTS DON'T SAY THIS AND THE CASHIER MAY OF NOT PROCESSED IT CORRECTLY.
I CALLED WALMART AND THEY SAID THAT THE SYSTEM IS OVERLOADED.
Had the same problem with 50 inch TV at Auburn in. walmart. I went to customer service. It was cashier error. They did not scan 1 hour guarantee voucher 1st. It rang up as a regular purchase as if they had the merchandise and you took the merchandise. They gave me a raincheck for the TV, told me to save the receipt and stated they will give me a call when it comes in. It should be before christmas. That maybe just their way of kicking the can down the road but it got me and lots of others out of the store without causing a big stink on Black Friday.
