Had the same problem with 50 inch TV at Auburn in. walmart. I went to customer service.  It was cashier error. They did not scan 1 hour guarantee voucher 1st.  It rang up as a regular purchase as if they had the merchandise and you took the merchandise. They gave me a raincheck for the TV, told me to save the receipt and stated they will give me a call when it comes in. It should be before christmas. That maybe just their way of kicking the can down the road but it got me and lots of others out of the store without causing a big stink on Black Friday.
