This is VERY Unprofessional!!!! Make me pay for something then tell me you don't have in stock I pd for it now go home and order it on a website that's down!!! I need to at least be able to register the darn THING HELP ME!!!

Waited in line, didn't get the ipad. Had to pay for something I didn't even have before I left the store and then when I get home to register for my item, and surprise! Can't even get your site to come up. Still wondering where my $75 gift card is and no one to ask. Stores don't answer their phone, site is virtually non-existent. Poor management, poor planning.

MY DAUGHTER IS SCARED TO DEATH THINKING I PAID FOR THE FLAT SCREEN AND SHE WON'T GET THE ONE SHE WANTED. I TOLD HER IF THEY DIDN'T HAVE THE ONE SHE WANTED, THEY SHOULD BE LIKE SEARS AND UPGRADE TO NEXT LEVEL. I HOPE WE EVEN SEE THESE PRODUCT BY DEC. 24 OF 2012!!!!
