Waited in line, didn't get the ipad. Had to pay for something I didn't even have before I left the store and then when I get home to register for my item, and surprise! Can't even get your site to come up. Still wondering where my $75 gift card is and no one to ask. Stores don't answer their phone, site is virtually non-existent. Poor management, poor planning.
