USPS online click-n-ship system doesnt let you pay for entered labels

No available support? Did you not try the 'Live Help'? I did and got a representative to respond within 40 seconds earlier today. Here was the response: "I understand you're receiving an error to re-edit your label. I am sorry for this issue. We were informed of this issue this morning, and we are working to correct it as quickly as possible. We do not have a time frame for a fix. We recommend you try back later. If you need to mail your items off today, you can visit your local Post Office for assistance. I truly apologize for the inconvenience."

same problem, usps site is terrible, no one is answering tech support calls, the chat option says there is no one available, this is like a 3rd world country now. and we rely on USPS for our business lifeline.

They won't let me pay for my label!

I'm having the same exact problem right now. USPS ugh.

Same thing. No wonder they are loosing money... goverment ran.

Not working. Nice to have wasted my whole nite on this. i guess thats where all that fat raise they gave themselves AGAIN this year went to! They suck!

I am getting the same error message. I've got 8 labels ready to print but am unable to do it. The post office closes in 20 minutes and I'm frustrated. 

well, i used Paypal and now i am saving 20 cents, i was originally using a Legal envelope, 15 1/2", well on Paypal they state flat rat envelope and it only costs me 5.05, if it wasnt for USPS website being complete s!*t, i wouldnt have discovered this!!

Everytimed i ship using the legal envelope, and i use alot of them, im shipping from paypal!
