No available support? Did you not try the 'Live Help'? I did and got a representative to respond within 40 seconds earlier today. Here was the response: "I understand you're receiving an error to re-edit your label. I am sorry for this issue. We were informed of this issue this morning, and we are working to correct it as quickly as possible. We do not have a time frame for a fix. We recommend you try back later. If you need to mail your items off today, you can visit your local Post Office for assistance. I truly apologize for the inconvenience."
