Serious issues on 3/20/2023 due to the merger with Columbia Bank. Phone assistance is backed up and they will not take any calls and Columbia Bank users have no access.

secure access code for first time log in not sending from mobile or desktop so i cannot access my account. There is a business and a personal login portal - at my Colombia bank we had both personal and business. We have not been told if we need to log in to each or which! This is aweful. Quickbooks cannot access the bank to update our banking.
Same! No access code sent. Tried 4 times. Online help phone number not working. Just tried to log in again and now it gives error message - wrong username or password. No access via Columbia or now Umpqua.
Former PCB customer and Columbia customer here. Also locked out. Tried 3 times in morning. Never got txt messages. Then I got locked out. 3 txt messages arrived at 4pm all at the same time. Too late for me. I'm going in this morning to the branch- if they can't help me then I'm closing my 3 accounts. Lucky I kept a business account open at a different bank so it will be a pain but not too bad.
25 years of this account. 1 million a year traffic- Umpqua, you are on notice you are about ready to lose me as a customer
