I enter login credentials, click "I am not a robot" and submit it, only for the page to reload with this error:
"Please correct the following errors:
- reCAPTCHA verification is required to proceed on this website. Select the "I'm not a robot" checkbox to get a verification challenge."
I've tried it multiple times and also in an incognito window and it's not working.

I have tried logging into the site on multiple browsers (Chrome, Brave, and Edge). The ONLY one of those three that will actually force a reCAPTCHA verification is Chrome. I have tried clearing cache and ensuring all browser native "shields" are completely turned off.
Adding to my original comment, I have contacted the TWC by phone. After waiting on hold for 30 minutes, I was told the web site was having "technical problems" and was asked if I could be put "on hold". "On hold" apparently means "being hung up on". When I tried to call back, the automated system kept routing me to what appears to be a COVID related message stating the phone system was experiencing a lot of calls, and that I should try and call back later, which then auto-disconnected me from the call.
