I was able to log into the Truist site one time when it was changing me over from Suntrust and I have not been able to log in to Truist again, it will show the welcome and then instantly logs me out and tells me I was logged out due to more than 10 minutes of inactivity.

I have had the same issue for a couple weeks now
I have had the same problem for over a month with my mom's account. She has dementia and I pay all her bills, account, online. I've called 3 times and was on hold about 45 min each. The only response the person on the phone could tell me "still working on it). My own account is fine with the online stuff, but I still haven't received my debit card (although they said it was mailed 2/18).
