I have had the same problem for over a month with my mom's account. She has dementia and I pay all her bills, account, online. I've called 3 times and was on hold about 45 min each. The only response the person on the phone could tell me "still working on it). My own account is fine with the online stuff, but I still haven't received my debit card (although they said it was mailed 2/18).
