connot connect to netflix via remote.also cannot connect dvd player up to play movies.
I can't watch movies anymore because there is a signal on nexflix site saying that I can't watch the movie that I selected.Also say to choose another movie o try again later. I choose another movie and the signal come back again. I tried later and the signal still on. Please. help.

Please take off the parental controls I'm 31 and I'd like to watch my movies and shows..
Cannot change parental settings to watch my shows.

I am able to get Netflix via my wii on the tv but not on my laptop. Am able to access everything else on the laptop, without issue. I have re-started the router to no effect.
I talked to James 2 days about our netflix did not show on our TV. He advise we call Sony as that is our smart TV. They the TV was too old and to retry Netflix. We follow the direction as we were told. This the third time this has happened; I really like Netflix and want to keep it, however we need to resolve the problem HELP
This started last night. I have both Apple Tv and Roku connected to my Vizio TV. On both I have Netflix. Last night I was trying to watch a TV series called The 100 and it gave me the message that I couldn't watch this at this time and to try later. It gave me this link: support.netflix,com/en/node/264. As of today, still not working. Another issue is that the language around this link is in Arabic. I have never changed my language. It has always been English. I also have Netflix on my smartphone, and it is almost all Arabic. Nothing else on my phone is in Arabic. Please help me. I really enjoy Netflix. I have tried other movies, but they are fine. As I said on my phone the majority of the words are Arabic. Please help.
I have been trying to watch Netflix on my Kindle Fire, as I have successfully done up to a few days ago, though I was in another country at the time. I manage to get a clear sound but no picture at all. I've tried with various films but the same problem recurs with each of them. I have removed the app from my device and deleted it from the cloud then reinstalled it from the Amazon store three times to no avail. Netflix works fine on the TV and on my android phone, and was also working perfectly well on my kindle until today.
Message states unable to connect to Netflix. Cancelled Netflix in late May, was told would still be able to access Netflix until 6/22/18.
I am not receiving the password reset email from netflix. I forgot my Password.
