Thank you Anonymous for making the effort to help the rest of us! Your solution worked for me too! I am in disbelief that Netflix did not make any effort to notify their customers as to this solution by using "social media" of any kind. They also have all of our email addresses and telephone numbers. Netflix has been a stumbling company for many years....these types issues continue to highlight the inherent ineptness of the management team!

Unbelievable. What used to be my favorite website has, yet again, kicked me in the ding-ding. Had to come HERE to get my solution. They are so busy worryin' about streamin to a GD iphone that they can't be bothered ensure all there customers can access the site. PLEASE. PLEASE! Someone put together a workable alternative to NF so I can tell them to go take a flyin *&^%!

I clicked on the above "clear cookies" link you provided, but all it gets me to is their Start Your Trial Membership page. Cannot log in to my account or Queue page or even their own home page without getting message that "site is redirecting request in a way that will never complete."

This only gets me to my the main profile. i cannot acces the other profiles.

Thanks, Phil. I did that and it got me nowhere. Actually, I may have solved it a different way. Using the clue that it may be a cookie problem, I opened my browser's cookie manager and noticed that the very first cookie was one with an extension having something to do with redirect. I removed it and Netflix once again recognized my sign in. Sorry I didn't write down the name of the cookie. It was about 4 letters and began with an A. The extension was something about redirect, which of course was what was causing the problem. It was just that one cookie.

Well, looks like I was too optimistic. The cookie I removed isn't there, but the same problem occurred only 15 minutes after I was able to access my account. Member sign-in gets me the same error message. Obviously Netflix has some big problems.

Dont forget to delete any bookmarks you have for Netflix's site before doing anything else.

Thanks, Phil. Okay, so if I delete the bookmarks for the two pages of Netflix that I use, do I also need to delete all the cookies they've stored too? There are over 30 of them. If I delete both bookmarks and cookies, would I need to reset my password in order to get back in? Gee, I wish THEY'D fix this. I didn't change any settings before all this started happening. I'd sure be upset if I was a streaming customer and wanted to watch a movie tonight.

According to the Netflix tech person, the Netflix link was supposed to fix the cookies, but I had to delete the bookmarks (They said "favorites"). I supposed you should just keep trying until something works, or call the Netflix people yourself to have them suggest things for your specific system requirements... Good luck

Your link works, but you have to click on it everytime you go to the website. I'm not able to go back to the site unless I click the link you posted. This has been going on for days now. This is inexcusable. Netflix is really screwing this up.
