HEADS UP............I tried using Fire Fox to get to Citi and was not able to. I went to Chrome and was able to access both accounts. Fire Fox worked before, but with this problem Citi is having you will not be able to access accounts using FF.

YES, switching to Chrome works. Great tip. Thank you so much.
I was a little worried that it might have been a fluke, but I am so happy it worked for you.

Thanks for the suggestion. I just tried the PC application and the online version on firefox and both said cannot contact the server. Then I tried Chrome and the web based version worked. I logged out of it and tried the PC based application and it now works. I don't know if the system just happened to get fixed during that time, or if it maybe had something to do with trying Chrome. That doesn't make much sense to me but I haven't been able to log into the PC or web based versions for over a week now, and nor it magically works. hmmm...

OK, I tried the PC application again just now and it failed (can't connect to server). Then I tried the Chrome web version and it worked. Then I went back to the PC application and it worked (within 5 minutes of trying it the first time when it failed) and it worked. I logged out and into the PC application several times and it worked every time. Thinking it may have to do with being actively logged into the online account in Chrome, I logged out of CITI on Chrome and the PC app still worked. I think I need to repeat this several times, but logging into the Chrome web based VAN seems to (at least temproarily) fix the PC application. hmmm.....
