Don't you hate it when the company blames the consumer for using wrong browser, having too many cookies, etc. All I want to do is pay my credit card without a hassle. I don't want to keep trying later...for days.This is the only online bill pay that there is a problem with, so perhaps I should just start using a Master Card with another company. This is the 3rd month with a problem logging in and Citibank doesn't seem interested in fixing it.

This happens because you recently must have tried entering PIN multiple times unsuccessfully at an ATM for example. Go reset your PIN at the nearest bank branch
I rarely write rants online but the Citibank website is just horrible. Out of 10 times I've tried to log-on, I've only been able to log on ONCE! And once inside the website they consistently barrage you with OTP and password requests.
Then in USING the card, again you have to call them for EVERY ONLINE TRANSACTION!!! Even though I've specified that I will use my card online multiple times, they still have to validate it over and over again.
It's just so bulls!*t that you get "pre-approved" for a card, and you apply. Then they treat you like some fraudulent user.
Definitely cancelling my credit card with Citibank.
