I rarely write rants online but the Citibank website is just horrible. Out of 10 times I've tried to log-on, I've only been able to log on ONCE! And once inside the website they consistently barrage you with OTP and password requests. 

Then in USING the card, again you have to call them for EVERY ONLINE TRANSACTION!!! Even though I've specified that I will use my card online multiple times, they still have to validate it over and over again. 

It's just so bulls!*t that you get "pre-approved" for a card, and you apply. Then they treat you like some fraudulent user. 

Definitely cancelling my credit card with Citibank.
