Agreed!!! Can't use phone service, still expected to pay bill with zero credit for the hastle. When I'm paying for a month of service, I should receive a month of service. A few hours once in a blue moon is one thing but for this long... Time for everyone to switch cause this is criminal!

This is horrendous.  Every day my phone says, "No cellular network" when I'm ying to make a call.  I cannot even get 911 and I have medical issues.  Please someone commence a Class Action.  This should not occur.  I just tried 911 and cannot even get through.  Totally unacceotable.

I had the same problem I 2as paying $50 a month and my 0hone just stopped working still got charged for months tried everything customer service number was even down for over a month. Lost out on at least one job because of boost mobile.

Omg, I lost my job too because of boost, customer service will not help, they lie to customers, they upgrade service workout consent, steel your money for service that hasn't been used and won't reemburse the money that they stole in first place and nothing gets resolved. Plus because I need my internet to work to do my job I can't get another job like the one I had because boost won't resolve they problem that they caused. We all need to come together and file a class action law suit and for everyone who lost their jobs as a result should be awarded punitive damages. Businesses do not have the right to make promises regarding their service and not come thru. That is fraud. It's stealing. Boost is an American scam company.

Now they want to charge 29.99 to cancel my account when they canceled on me first when they got hacked and didn't even let their long time customers know? Why isn't my husband's account suspended too? Oh they only want the autopay customers to stay on to hacked their accounts next? Your service was awful anyway .I went to spectrum great service. I'm complaining I hope we get a class's action lawsuit because boost deserves it for lack of good service for years.

This is awful my elderly parents have been without cell service for almost 2 weeks. They stated via there website services wouldn't be disconnected, because the site couldn't be accessed. I was directed to download the boost one app. the credentials I entered didn't allow me to access my account. I started attempting to pay the bill on Feb. 24 they sent a text on Feb. 3 that I needed to pay the bill by Feb. 7 still couldn't access my account to pay. Feb. 8 yesterday my parents service was disconnected. I called and spoke with 2 different agents they said the service should've been disconnected and they couldn't take a payment of give me any details about the account.I just need my parents account number to switch to a different carrier but they want answer any number today.

My recommendation is to charge back your last bill with your bank and switch to Google Fi. 

Two weeks is too long for a simple backup restore for the customer database so I assure you that whatever Boost says in regards to the loss of data on their end that it's substantially worse. 

I'm going to begin investigating options for a class action lawsuit against boost mobile/dish because the failure to potentially sensitive customer data.

PLEASE add me to the lawsuit!! I am due 2 $200.00 gift cards for 2 different accounts for their Black Friday special. I have spent the last 3.5 months trying to get answers. No one at Incomm Incenntive, Boostmobile toll free number, nor 2 local store locations are helping me with my money! And when I attempted to escalate to a manager, the supervisor disconnected our call after 2 hours of being on the phone! I'm pissed that no one will communicate with each other and I don't have my money!

I own two businesses that use my phone number that boost is holding hostage with me having no way to get the account number I need to pull it to a different carrier went to the store to try to pay the bill they were unable to do it after I waited for 45 minutes my phone's been off since the end of last month should not have been off until the 10th what a horrible company!!!!! I went to the new website but I don't remember my password when I hit forgot password to try to send me a code to my phone number that's turned off what a joke I use my phone number online for advertisement for my two companies this is cost me thousands of dollars! So boost mobile or dish net work or whoever the hell is in charge him know that you're a pathetic excuse for a business I don't care what's happened you should take care of your customers please if anybody knows of a class action lawsuit or an attorney that will start one email me immediately

I am open to joining or leading any class action lawsuit, aside from hijacking my phone number since Feb 25 they have not been forthcoming about the ransomware data breach which caused this to happen.  They have been uncooperative and misleading in addition to careless in protection of our information.

This has to be one of the worst company EVER. I've been having issues with Boost since the beginning of February, trying to access my account through the website or app. But ever since they left the old app for this new BoostOne app, I'm unable too. I contacted support dozens of time and they just keep giving me the run around. On March 4 my phone service was turned off. Due to me being unable to access my account through the website or app, I couldn't pay. I tried calling and going to different stores and they were either not answering the phone or closed. I tired boist support again and they told me it was nothing they could do, so I've been without service since (almost 2 weeks now). I just want my port out pin so I can leave this horrible company. If anyone hears about a class action lawsuit please let me know by replying. This company definitely needs to be shut down.

My husband hasn't had no service in 8 days. I've contacted them over 10 times, each day is a new LIE! one of the customer agents said there was a CYBER attack on there network this is why alot of the customers can't make or recieve calls. They also restricted the phone being used on another carrier. the worst part of all of this is I paid for monthly billing one prior day before this BS with boost. I want to be part of the CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT

Boost lied to me from march 9th and it's going on march 27th about my phone being g fully unlocked on their end. I've put in 3 different sim cards and each say phone is locked. I've been over 10 yrs with boost and this time I'm taking them to small claims for the harassment and sh!tty service

We lost service the day this all went down. We couldn't make a payment for 4 days. We were finally able to get to a store and make a payment. We were promised the month free yada, yada, yada, then they changed thier minds on that....This past week we decided enough of this BS we can't go again without our phones we decided to switch carriers. I call boost and let them know and ask for our account numbers and transfer pin for both our accounts. They did thier best to entice us to stay.. (6 yrs we were there) I started the process the next day and five days later its been a s*&t show. I was finally able to get on with the new provider as they had to send me a sim card. My husband on the other hand we had to go to a store for the new provider to change his sim and come to find out that his phone was still lock. We own our phones, we have had them for 2+yrs and this would qualify for the automatic unlock after a year of continuous service. Well I call BS on that. I get on the phone with Boost this morning and after getting through the correct person as the correct department in thier "new customer service office" -BS they tell me that they still can't unlock his phone at this time as that system is still down. I asked for an ETA of when it will be back up and running and was told flat out. "I don't know!" Im so pissed at BOOST they are holding me hostage. I pay monthly, not locked into any agreements, I own my phone out right and now I have to pay for another month and stay with them until they are able to get that system working.....WHAT BS IS THAT? Not only do I have to pay for another month with boost but I am paying for new plan with the new provider. Want to know the worst thing  the customer service rep from Boost said to me? "I'm sorry mame for this inconvience but you can always transfer your number to another phone until this is fixed." So they want me to buy another phone inorder to use my number while they fix this issue? I own a perfectly good iphone. I need to know where I can go to talk to someone about starting a lawsuit against Boost. We have lost wages, expenses running around, time and energy on this BS. They should not be allowed to get away with this.

I pay month to month also and tried going to QLink. QLink approved me. However,  Boost refuses to unlock my phone. Have gotten all my phones thru them. Have been with them since 2016. I'm livid over this BS..Heading over to Boost's FB page to let them know how dirty they are.

They shut my phone off for no reason in May I am prepaid I paid my bill in May 3 days later my phone was shut off they promised to turn it back on and never have I could not work because I did not have my phone no one can get a hold of me I could not pay my bills now I'm in a homeless shelter I got jumped here I got Staples in my head also someone stole the Cadillac converter off my car and my phone out of my car I assumed it would be safer walked in my car then in the shelter all because of boost I have a government phone now because they still have not fixed the problem

I don't have the energy to go into all the ways they have taken advantage of me as a customer. But, yes, if someone finds an attorney that is willing to take the case, please let me know. The worst cell service provider. Ever.

Boost mobile who is now boost one allowed me to pay my phone bill. But they didn't turn my service back on. It's been like this since February I have not had a phone but boost one is still taking money out my account. Ever time I call the customer service number I am given the run around and switched to 3_4 different numbers and people. I would like my money back. I am trying to see how I can sue them now.

I woke at a message at 517 am for boost , restore service call 233They cut off  my service earlier then the due date  and told me that there's new  system changed and if I want my service restored then I have to pay unfortunately those are my options

I called them 6 times cause my 10G hotspot was depleted and I paid $60 for 30G and they lie and tell me it will be fixed tomorroow or that it is going to upper management. Weeks later I tried to get off auto pay with a girl and she LIED and told me she took me off. I found out I wasnt. When I tried to change carriers a guy LIED and gave me the wrong PIN and Account # to switch. These people are liars and thieves.

Suing boost mobile due to all my dropped calls while taking to my clients and customers who can't reach me due to my phone always being in emergency calls only. Losing money with my clients and also losing money while door dashing. They always say the problem is fixed but for the last 5,6 months it hasn't been and getting even worst. Been with boost damn near 15 years and that's the thanks I get. Terrible customer service who don't care and dropped calls and 0 reception. I am a salesman that needs my phone to communicate with my customers and boost just keeps getting worst and worst. Hell phone on emergency calls only now thank God for WiFi and my wifi number when this crappy service goes out which is everyday 5 to 6 hours total in a day.

My spouses phone was disconnected and we can no longer use that number according to boost. Supposedly there is a SAR (suspicious activity report) on her number. We have had Boost for around 12yrs and have never had issues until now. They want us to pay for a new number. Has anyone had this issue and is there a class action lawsuit as i want to join.

I had the same issues that i red thus far.  Has a class action lawsuit been implemented as of yet?  this problem began for me prior to my Birthday March 7th.  It began in February.  I had barely any service for more than 3 weeks.  Calls to me would not go through and i could not make calls.  ocassionally a call may come in.  I could text sometimes but only a few minutes if that.   No one would answer the phone day after day. I was able to get throgh once and i was told i can skip a month, but still there was no service. February I bought a second phone with hopes of doing Instacaert and or Uber Eats.  That fun never worked satisfactorily.  Initially I kept getting messages and calls for another girl and guy.  when i took it to Boost they said sometime another company may use a same number thus, shegave me another number. I could go on about all the opportunities i have missed.  My USAJOBS access can not be accessed.  I have need new job after being laid off from my jobs of 19 years.

AGAIN, HAS A LAW SUIIT BEEN DEVELOPED?

I would LOVE to get involved and sue the hell out of them. Their website got "updated" (thanks to DISH Network buying them out) and now my plan is trying to double-charge me for the next month's plan. Also, phone service has been HORRIBLE, it keeps going in and out, but I haven't moved (friendly tip, a phone hard restart sometimes fixes the issue if you're having service connectivity issues and can't make phone calls). After being on hold for 45 minutes, I FINALLY spoke to one of their Customer Service "Supervisors," and they said it's a known website issue and they're "working on fixing it so that customers dont get double-charged for future months' service plans."  I refuse to be one of those people that sits back and allows them to over-charge me for a plan that BOTH parties agreed upon ($$$ for X amount of service) and then have to call my bank up and file a fraud claim or a dispute claim and then wait 2-3 months for the over-charged amount to be credited back to me.  Their website isn't having a "site glitch/error," it's literally breaking the contractual agreement between the customer and the service provider.

Boost overcharged me for my service bill is 35.00$ charged 70.88$ when I paid the 35$  was told I have to wait 3-5 hours before the Issue can be fixed this is so wrong I have business to handle tired of these companies taking your money and not carrying about the service they are supposed to provide something needs to happen to change this

Been a customer of BoostMobile for some time now went . The Boost website has been out for a while. My bill was 39.99 a month until yesterday  6/29/23 but when I went to one of the neighborhood stores to pay my bill I was told my bill is 69.99, I told them at the store I have a 30.00 credit for my ACP on file all of sudden it not on my account. When I returned home I call 611 to let them know the website has been down a while and that the store and the phone system is giving the wrong amount and asked why and was told that they changed their system to a new one and  I would have to pay the $70 and go back to the store and do there ACP and it won't be on my service until the next billing cycle.  So I ask how long was there system new he say about two months, so I ask why weren't your customers made aware and he could not answer. There service really sucks. I guess it is time to find a new company to do business with.

They steal people money when you are switching a phone plan. I payed 50 months a month for unlimited now my bill is 300 dollars which is ridiculous. I will no longer be having they service after this month because they like to get over with people and everything for extra money and also another thing the steal money off your card aslo. Because I never enrolled in auto pay at all.

I want to be added to the lawsuit as a class action lawsuit needs happen with them, They got me as a new customer first 30 days for 200.00 for a 60.00 month plan and proceeded go into my bank account remove 135.00 of that with no authorization to do so and they apologized that shoukd not happened, tried fix issue and received only 67.50 that back and charged me another 67.50 and another 30.00 and I was already paid up for month on my data plan, I have all the documentation on paper on my bank and discussions with their robot and phone calls. I cancelled when my 30 days up as I was like this recicukous. I not going be charged over and over for their mistakes and I am sending all my documentation in and filing civil class if I need. I think seeing comments here there is enough for a class action lawsuit of over charging customers and going into their bank accounts with no authorization to do so, That is so illegal. Contact me if anybody dies a class action suit as I have all my proof on paper to prove that case.

Once dish networks new systems were in place the reminder didnt occur they shut my service off after 1 day.vI made a payment but they claims couldn't see it in the system and needed to place a ticket in. 2 days later I paid again BC I needed my cell no home phone available. 

They are horrible. No true answers to why the service is dropping, no system avail lable, and they won't issue any credits. I only continue to get I'm sorry.  Yes you are!! They have a new website that doesn't show my family plan at all.mgT3L

I opened a FCC complaint against Boost, the main issue being Boost's failure to pay the $200 gift card offered last December. There were other several other issues as well, but this was the most grievous- basically lies and fraud. They claim I did not meet the qualifications yet on May 19th I received a text from them congratulating me on meeting the payment terms and to text them back on a link provided to verify my email which I immediately did. I then just find out today I do not qualify and the promotion period is over. Of course it is over, they dragged and dragged out this process, one delay after another. Obviously done on purpose as issuing a gift card is a simple process and should take a few days at most, not months as they employed. My response to Boost was sent to a Mr. Kellen McLnerney, Corporate Case Manager, Executive Escalation Team at Boost Mobile, L.L.C, P.O Box 9033, CO. 80160, Don't get your hopes up though if you write him, his responses to me and the FCC were extremely lacking in responisveness. Very unprofessional. He did not even have the initiative to check on the status of my gift card, he just said if Mr. BXXXXXX  followed the rules he would get his card. Well, hell, a monkey could have come up with that. I did follow the rules etc, and yet, they are trying to wiggle out of theri responsibilty. I wonder how many others are having the same problem- did read about a few of these in earlier comments. Would be nice if the FCC mandated that Boost furnish them with the number of gift cards applied for and the number actually issued. I am going to strongly suggest they do this. I am a retired business manager (worked for several large corporations) and in all my years I have never seen a company so poorly managed and possibly corrupt. I suggest if you have issues with them to open a FCC complaint- it is very easy to do (internet search on FCC complaints), does not take long and they will ensure you get an answer. I would hope the FCC gives a long and hard look at allowing BOOST to retain their license. From what I know, if I was making the decison, they would be on an immediate probationary period..

I phone services has been suspended, I had paid my bill & my service is still off. I called corporate boost They wouldn't help me.

I demanded that they send me/ email a letter staring why they suspended me which their reason wasn't true. I spoke with 5 customer service reps.

Only one admitted that they make errors on acct suspensions & advised to wait a while that the are investigating my account.

I demanded a refund for paying my bill which by the way I tried to pay 3 days in advance

They told me don't pay my bill to after the due date & then they will unsuspended my account. The bill was due 7/18 they told me to pay it 7/20 & that they would unsuspend my account.

My phone has been off since 7/15

I have been waiting on a lawsuit to sign up for. I had months of issues and all of mine and my son's data was stolen in the hacking. What's worse is when I went to boost to pay my bill and my son's bill due to the website being down because of hackers they didn't say anything about it at all.

Just went to a local boost wireless store in clarksville, was charged $80.91 total for the $25/month plan, they did not inform me upfront that my number would be changed, and then after i was charged, and went to my car, i could make calls but my internet is not working unless using wifi, its still not working, i told them i wanted my money back as they werent going to keep my money for a service i am not receiving. 
 

is there any attorneys who would take up a lawsuit in Clarksville TN? How can they refuse to return money for a service that they havent rendered, and its shady to not tell a customer prior to buying any plan that the number cant be retained.

Told I would get a $200 gift card. I got the link it says expired and REFUSE TO DO ANYTHING. Different stories from different people. One says I'm ineligible one says they sent the wrong link but that isnt anything they can fix. Thennlast time they said it was already redeemed. I said how do you know that? They say I cannot give that information can I help you with anything else. Never again!!!

I would like to be included in any lawsuit action filed against Boost Mobile. My IMEI has been blacklisted as in reported stolen or lost, however I have not done the action and have been without service over 30 days. The store manager gave me a loaner phone but when the bill was due I had to pay my own service to keep my other lines active on my account. So when I switched my sim from my phone to this managers phone service is restored but every iPhone I tried to activate failed, now they won't replace my phone, says it isn't compatible with their system and the phone was bought at the boost mobile store in April of this year...

Please add me to the class action lawsuit. Boost mobile is saying I'm using my data usage and can't tell me when or how. My data usage has not changed and for a month now, I'm not able to send pic messages, group text , use gps, nor access any of my social media. Then I've called their tech support and spent over 22 hours combined troubleshooting the issues for them to tell me to call back and check the status of a ticket number given that no one seems to find when I call back to check the status of my issue with data message service that I'm paying for not to receive.

I've been having issues since this "merger" every data pack added money is stolen. The agents and company know 1 time add ons will not wor yet they try and convince u they were used up, then if they try to credt something back they have to submit a ticket to he back office and I ain't up to 5 days for them to just apply a credit to he boost account. This credit CANNOT be used for anything but the monthly payment and they just tell you hat u need to to scam more money out of you hile not providing services they merged a family plan I had with 3 other accounts that others had in my household. They can't separate them. They claim that we burned over 30gbs of data in under 24 hours when I add 1gb data packs that last 24hrs. They stole 60$ for that service and continue to be bttling for my money's for my data packs back. The customer service agents have no recourse to assist the customer instead are instructed to push for more money and more spending knowing that the service won't ever apply using rhe 1time data pack yet they won't tell customers it's an issue and or remove the option I'll it's fixed instead they allow ppl o just giv them money and they provide nothing for it in soo many ways. I'm fed up and could go on for hours about all the issues in the past 6 mo ths. It's been crazy I spend hours a week on with customer service trying to get someone with. Brain to fix things but the last person added a 1time pack she didn't care stole the 5$ again and said oh it loaded don't worry. And ended the call. All she HD to do was read the notes in my account and she could have known it didn't work for me. Instead then they had no recourse to fix it and wanted m to spend 5 more dollars and wait 3-5days to see if back office approved a refund for the scam services... it's been a JOKE. PLEASE INCLUDE ME!!

Boost Mobile supervisor Guillermo G, sabotaged my account after a heated conversation where Boost Mobile clearly is wrong in prepaid procedures of plan changes. I'm now forced to wait up to 5 days for new SIM card due to his abuse of power in my account. After highlighting the issue with tech support was given a 10.00 credit.

I've got proof that Boost Mobile is ripping me off, not to mention that they keep telling me that I don't have any Hotspot data which I clearly do but they won't allow me to access the Hotspot data even though I pay for the service every month... I took screenshots of the complete conversation that my husband and myself had with Boost Mobile Customer Service Support Supervisor and that she kept saying that I don't have any Hotspot data that my plan doesn't come with Hotspot data when clearly My bill shows that I actually do have it but can't use it. I'm filling my own lawsuit just because I am not willing to share the money when I win against this fraudulent phone company..

Boostmoble stole $180 Dollars from my Bank account then after my bank notification that made me aware of this I immediately called Boostmoble they inturn put back $120 Dollars Boostmoble kept $60 dollars that coved my bill for June and July which my bill was $26 and a few cents a month for unlimited everything, them Boostmoble again took out of my account another $19 and cents then Boostmoble turned off my phone I went a month without service.. due too the facts that My Bank investigated Boostmoble, Boostmoble block my service number so I couldn't switch over to another carrier this has been mentally exhausting.. Verizon tryed to help even talked to the Boostmoble representative as the bank did and shockingly Boostmoble clearly is doing shady dealing I had too give the phone and stop any charged service because Boostmoble block my Right too have seive with The company I chose to go too .. Boostmoble said I owe them $180 I said I don't owe you a dime if anything you owe me a credit of 10 shame on you I want to sue asap

I ordered a phone from boost online for $200 in May 2023. After I ordered the phone, I saw the same exact phone on their website in a different spot for $75. I tried to cancel the order and they told me no, then I tried to get a price match and was also told no. I ordered 2 more phone at $75 each. So the $200 phone arrives and I message to get an Rerurn Authorization they said they would email it to me. They didnt, I messaged and called a total of 15 times to get a return authorization and them giving me excuses and telling me they would put notes on my account, keep checking my email blah blah blah. So today I message again and they tell me its too old to return. Ive been trying to return it for months and I guess this was the goal for them the whole time. Been a customer for over 10 years, I will never order anything from them again and plan on switching my familys phone carrier.

I kind of work off my phone and always on the always on the internet. When it slows down, I can't. I completely cannot do nothing on it at all. And I've been with them since 2010. Basically and they have done nothing for me. I was thinking, can't you sew dish or T-Mobile? Cause they took it over.

I have been on the phone with them for days. Asking for a refund. I currently switched to a new carrier. Never had autopay cuz I was ready to switch the first month. However when I wake up and they automatically enroll me in autopay and pull the money without my knowledge after I have already went with another company ?? Mind you I called as soon as I woke up and saw the notification

Boost Infinite does NOT work overseas. They do NOT offer international roaming. Your phone has no cell coverage overseas. WiFi works but cell & text messages don’t come through nor can you call out.

Their website lies. I went to the UK with their $10/mth international calling plan in place (for international outbound calls from the US - “a prerequisite”). No cell service.

Your phone is a complete brick overseas. Boost Infinite also disables WiFi assisted calling. They are a scam.

Everyone go to bbb website and make a complaint as well as demand compensation, I just did, everyone else follow, they leaked my personal information we can't let them keep getting away with this

There has been so much illegal wrong doing from this company, I would like to join any law suits. I not only want my several hundred dollars they own me. I would at this point like to be compensated for all of the hours I have endured having to talk to all of these clueless foreign f!*#ers that they use as so called customer service.  This company needs to be exposed and shut down. I  would really appreciate it, I really want my money back and what they owe me is wrll over $1000.00 Crazy I know. They cant keep getting away with this. Is you could put f!*# Boost Mobile as the email description it would be helpful. I don't want to just see Boost Mobile and accidentally trash it. Thank you. And if any Hugh ups of Boost Mobile read this. Please allow me to say f!*# YOU. It's pretty sad when you have to steel and f!*# good people over just to make a living. You should be ashamed to be who you are. It's worthless company's like yours, that have hired nithing mire than top notch s!*t. That has made this world a s!*ty place. Hopefully hell awaits you, in my opinion you are deserving of nothing more.

They took my money and didn't give me service saying it was a issue but to find out it was network issue they didn't even give me a refund from my insurance they took that.I will never use this service again.
