Did you ever file suit? Same thing is happening to me. I have the PrePaid Boost. Have been with Boost and have bought all my phones thru them since 2016 and yet they refuse to unlock. Was approved by QLink (free cell service). This seems so dirty. Not to mention discrimination to those with low income. Im pissed.
