Mobile Bank of the West has been down for over a week. I live in Falls City, NE. I've tried calling the bank and the woman said to reinstall my Bank of the West app. I explained to her that I have an Android tablet and unable to download the app. She was of no further help. Another person told me too many people were tring to use the app and that is why Bank of the West is down. I don't understand the problem. I have been banking on Bank of the west mobile site for years without any problems. Please help me with this problem.

I'm having the same problem. Have been for weeks now. It started with BotW telling me that fingerprint recognition was not working (that was my origial problem) and now it just sits there and thinks unendingly when I try to log in.
I've been BotW for over 30 years, but this is making me want to chance banks. I don't want to do that, but I need to be able to access my bank on the go.
