I'm having the same problem. Have been for weeks now. It started with BotW telling me that fingerprint recognition was not working (that was my origial problem) and now it just sits there and thinks unendingly when I try to log in. I've been BotW for over 30 years, but this is making me want to chance banks. I don't want to do that, but I need to be able to access my bank on the go.
