What is the problem with Bank of Americas Bill Pay? It has been down for months!! Is there any plans to repair this prioblem? We live in RURl REA AND DEPEND ON bILL pAY iT LOOKS AS IF WE NEED TO FIND ANOTHEER BANK. wE HAVE HAD THIS ACCOUNT FOR 58 YEARS AND HAVE not had any problems.. Please HELP.

same issue but detailed discussion with BOA says it ain't them go figure !
so it is not my computer, i have the same issue as well

bill pay don't work have no way of paying credit card bill. can;t get them on phone either i'll just wait till the bill collector calls me
Tried to make payments online and can not Access "Bill Pay". This seems to be a recurrent problem as it has happened to frequently lately. Very annoying and frustating. Thinking of takink my banking some place else
The on-line Bill Pay feature is still down. It has been down since the beginning of April. On been on the phone with Bank of America 2 times about this, and all they will say is that they are aware of the problem and working on it. They told me I can pay my bills on the mobile app on my phone. Gee, that's convenient . . NOT.
I told them they must not have very good IT people working for them because this is ridiculously long for a fix. They also do not acknowledge the problem on their website. I'm very disappointed in BOA
Bank help told me to clear my cookies, Did so and didn't help a bit. Told me to use a different browser than Microsoft Edge, Tried that and after much tedious dentifcation protocols was able to access my bill pay. Fortunately have other banks that I deal with so this useless bank will be a goner.
