The on-line Bill Pay feature is still down. It has been down since the beginning of April. On been on the phone with Bank of America 2 times about this, and all they will say is that they are aware of the problem and working on it. They told me I can pay my bills on the mobile app on my phone. Gee, that's convenient . . NOT.
I told them they must not have very good IT people working for them because this is ridiculously long for a fix. They also do not acknowledge the problem on their website. I'm very disappointed in BOA
