I did finally get to log in but then every time I hit a link... Account .. customer service etc.. it automatically logs me off again. Getting tired of this happening.

BA has not been available on all three of my accounts since late Saturday afternoon - July 16. BA customer service says they are aware and apologize but still no cigar.

Yeah, they told me the same. Told her the site being down so many times was getting really old. "You're not the first person to say that" was her reply. Seriously considering moving my accounts since this happens so frequently.

I can access BoA on my Blackberry ... just not on the laptop. And they really could not care less.

Same problem. I have a business account with them that I Have to get into. It's been like this for 2 days. 1 hour is too long. I can't wait to change banks once my business loan with them is paid off .

I understand the frustration for the inconceivable, but cancelling an account because a website is down? I've had my account for almost 10 years, this is the first time I've ever been unable to login to the website. Is that serious? I can still access my account from my phone, no biggie.

The site being down is a big deal, when I need to make a payment on a student loan and couldn't until my check cleared on Friday. In all honesty I was a member of Fleet Bank when Bank of America bought them out, and service has been going down ever since. If they aren't harassing me with more junk mail on offers I could care less about, they are treating me like meat with eyes that simply dishes out cash to line their pockets with gold. They keep terrible hours and their phone system is appalling to use, and don't get me started on their customer service. As soon as my credit cards are paid off with them, I'll be cutting those up and moving all of my accounts somewhere else.

Folks, I too, was with Fleet and know a few VIPs in systems area and they told me that Fleets system was far more progressive than BofA. So the 5th gen sys of Fleet was taken off line for the 3 gen system of fleet. Note we were always able to play bills on weekend days! I just called in in the classy move their BofA's, Customer service center is closed! TD banknorth is being sugguested to me as the customer service bank. So 16 accounts (biz and personal) and then Merill's to be moved to Fidelity
