Log in does not work

I cannot log onto my account at all. It keeps kicking back the message: "This service is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later. For immediate assistance with your banking needs, please call 800.933.6262." And it has been doing this for a week now.

These are the ones I try. The first one is when the site IS working. The other 2 help to get into the site. Once it connects, if the page disappears, then I do it again and the instant I see the bank first page I hit my browser STOP button to freeze it...then I immediately go to Bill Pay to set up new payments, etc. It just worked for me and I got these last 2 tries (I used number 2 a few minutes ago) from great users posting here in the past when this Bank was impossible to get into. Good Luck. Hope it works for you as it just did for me.

None of those work. They should just fix their site. Funny that you can't e-mail them to tell them their log in doesn't work without logging in.

I listed the sites to try in my last comment. That day I got on using #2. Just now I got on using #2. It shows you your user name and asks you to verify your site key when you put yes...it gives you a blank to enter your password. You may have to put your cursor in the box first. Then type your password. Do everything as quickly as you can. You will get your BA home page. As soon as that is on the screen I hit my browser STOP button so as to freeze the page. Then I 2x click on the bill pay area as that is where I want to go. The home page can disappear if you don't stop it immediately. Once you go elsewhere from the home page, everything is stable. That's all I have to say. Hope someone does get in. Mind you, BA is not working as it should so don't expect the screen to be stable until you get on the home page AND after you go elsewhere on the site from the home page. I can't write anymore. I just got on again to check out my BIll Pay and everything worked providing I start by going to the site I mentioned and doing the actions I said...until I am past the login and the home page. Can't say anymore than that.

I tried every single site you listed before and after you listed them. I know how it works. Not a single of them worked. I even reset my password on their website. It gives me the same exact error I and other people have listed here. Just because it works for you does not mean it works for everyone. It very well could be a region issue.

One note "You will get your BA home page." I never get to that page when doing exactly what you have typed out here. So I can't hit stop on my browser to stay there. It immediately goes to a page where it says the same. "This service is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later. For immediate assistance with your banking needs, please call 800.933.6262." and then tells me to sign in using my site key. So as said, just because it works for you doesn't mean it works for everyone else.
