I never get to that page when doing exactly what you have typed out here. So I can't hit stop on my browser to stay there. It immediately goes to a page where it says the same.
"This service is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later. For immediate assistance with your banking needs, please call 800.933.6262."
and then tells me to sign in using my site key. So as said, just because it works for you doesn't mean it works for everyone else.
