I tried to get to the bofa edd website to transfer funds and could access last presidents holiday for the 4 days from friday to Monday. Again, today, I cannot gain access to the sign in page to get my own funds. No help from bofa or edd. This provides boa billions of funds to work with while we have to wait to use our legal UI funds.

Cannot sign into my EDD Credit Card account. Using Explorer. Tried several times and nothing happens.

Months ago I could get into the BOAedd website. For the past month, I can't get on to get balance info. or transfer funds. Is Mosizza firefox free?

I talked to B of A and they will contact tech support. Call the number on back of card to get things done.

Several times I have contacted BOA-EDD , the # on back of the card. They are the ones that say the website is fine and they cannot do anything about it. BOA should fix this problem but they won't.

Why won't this website allow you to click on it when you click....takes you no where. Very frastruting.... No one seeming to know how to help at your helpdesk when I called. Is there any where we can have access like before I did so I don't have to go to ATM machine to transfer my money to my BOA accounts... GNM

Same problem as others. When I first got card, no problems. Just click+in. Entire month=site freezes. Called BofA+they said 10 days before they could get a statement to me. EDD needs to know about this. Also, most ATM's charge.

Bank of America dont care about the EDD card people. They obviously have not tried to fix the problems. I have recently managed toget a job, thank god will no longer have to rely on the card. I am considering closing my regular B of A account due to the complete lack of support for the EDD card. Also, I did manage to access the card with Google Chrome browser. Seems it is an IE problem. Make sure that when you get back working dont support B of A -they didnt support us at our time of great stress and need ~!

What a MESS! If this was'nt so important to me it would be a JOKE! This is the only bank web site that I have ever had so much trouble with. I don't usually leave comments however, I am so frustrated with this I'm compelled to. I wish the EDD would have used another bank.

When I phone, a recording tells me the system is down, try another time. I am unable to open BofA's website, no matter what I click. This is totally a scam to make interest off our money. I'm infuriated.

03-19-2013 and it STILL DOESN'T WORK. Can't get onto page at all!

I also had sooooo much trouble getting on. (My friend got on the website fast) I did not get it. What I did, I called the Phone number on the back of the card (1-866-692-9374) The lady help me and set me up. I had to sign up.( I thought I was already signed up, but wasn't) What you have to do is go onto: BankofAmerica.com/EDD Debitcard or BankofAmerica.com/Prepaidcard. (Even if it is a EDD Debit card, it should work) Sign in............ It will ask you to put in your 16 Digit number (The numbers on your card)....... Then it will ask you to put in your password (This is the LAST 6 numbers on your card).............. Then it should take you to another screen and will ask you to put in your password again ( The LAST 6 Digits) and then will ask you to put in a New password including a number/word/symbol ) I hope this works. If it doesn't ....call the Phone number on the back of the card. They should be able to help you.

When i received my eddcard i noticed that i could change the payment to my personal bank account.thants wen it all went bad. I gave the girl at bofa my routing and account number she pepeated it back to me, from that point on i only received one payment to that account then the folowing week payment was sent to the BofA card. And then no payments since then, Last payment May 20th, So i called edd, got through, The lady said i had not been filling the weekly form properly,I went four weeks without receiving one until June 6th, Do they owe me back pay,Im broke.

I am trying to create an account to view/check my EDD debit card however there are no option to create. Could please guide with me on this matter, I am getting frustrated every time I try it went to EDD debit card activation which I did already. Thanks!
