Bank of America dont care about the EDD card people. They obviously have not tried to fix the problems. I have recently managed toget a job, thank god will no longer have to rely on the card. I am considering closing my regular B of A account due to the complete lack of support for the EDD card. Also, I did manage to access the card with Google Chrome browser. Seems it is an IE problem.
Make sure that when you get back working dont support B of A -they didnt support us at our time of great stress and need ~!
