I also had sooooo much trouble getting on. (My friend got on the website fast) I did not get it. What I did, I called the Phone number on the back of the card (1-866-692-9374) The lady help me and set me up. I had to sign up.( I thought I was already signed up, but wasn't)
What you have to do is go onto: BankofAmerica.com/EDD Debitcard or BankofAmerica.com/Prepaidcard. (Even if it is a EDD Debit card, it should work)
Sign in............
It will ask you to put in your 16 Digit number (The numbers on
your card).......
Then it will ask you to put in your password (This is the LAST 6
numbers on your card)..............
Then it should take you to another screen and will
ask you to put in your password again ( The LAST 6 Digits) and then will ask you
to put in a New password including a number/word/symbol )
I hope this works. If it doesn't ....call the Phone number on the back of the card. They should be able to help you.
