Nc and Sc western Union down

I sent money 12 hours ago and I received an MCTN but with a message that transfer is still in progress

I went to agent location in zip code 29555 and zip code 29554 and they claim they are down. Can send but not receive money sent to you..this been ongoing for the past few days and I need to get food in fridge and hungry
