Site still down. Bank is unaware of problem

5:15 CST and the site is still down. Went to my local branch at 2:30 and they did not even know the website has been down for over 24hrs

Same here. Site still down at 6 pm Wed EDT and when I spoke to a rep at the 800 number to acticvate a new card she was completely unaware of the issue.

this is unacceptable especially for a big bank like this. my business relies heavily on online banking... now i have to go down to the branch to get this info. atrocious

Google it. It's a national issues...cyber attacks of some sort.
