Deposit cash and bank balance does not reflect deposit. Called Bank and system down.

I deposited $420 today at 6:41 pm ! Checked my account 10 min later and the money is not showing anywhere, I called the customer service number and they told me to check back in 30 min, now is 3 hours later and my deposit is no where to be found!!
