Site will not load.....eventually times out. This has been going on for two days now

Third day cannot log in in the daytime. I have to wait until close of business to get in. I have deleted cache, and still cannot get it. Hope the problem caused by hackers can be repaired soon. Thanks for your time! Have a very Merry Christmas!
