I type my username and password in, wont let me log in. Yes I checked all the basics...my caps lock isnt on and so forth. Tried it like five times, wont let me log in.

just tried pinging their site and all 3 times the ping failed...
I have been trying to log in for a month now, and it keeps saying this site unavailable, I have talked to people at the bank, and they say oh it's not down, so what is the problem with this site, it's not my cookies.
