Cannot log in

Site would not accept username and password entered from three different browsers, and then it locksed access to site. Had to phone to reset password. (I checked my files for accuracy of username and password, and I did not make errors.) Customer service rep said that many customers are having difficulty logging in via computer.

Yes, after an enitire week of WellsFargo telling me Im the idiot.  They finally admitted to me that they in fact did a software release that they screwed up.  I have not been able to login for over a week. I had to go into my branch and started to close my accounts until they told me that they had a screw up.... They have been trying to hide this for over a week now.  People,  wake up,,, this is a perfect example of what you get when you OffShore all your wirk to Developers overseas.  They dont care and this is your money that you have no idea what is going on.
