Can access the https://www.wellsfargo.com/ but can not login to access the online account

Trying to login to access the online account for past couple of hours but keep getting the error message "You do not have any accounts available for online access.  Please call 1-800-956-4442.  Online Brokerage customers please call 1-877-879-2495."
