Doesnt matter if its the app, the mobile site, or full site, as well as middle of the night or middle of the day. Order cant be placed due to 'high traffic'

Won't let me place an online order. Has placed the item in my cart twice but when I click to go to checkout to remove one and purchase the other takes me right back to a page that says my cart is empty.
